The hotel offers excellent service with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have a very comfy bed, yet slightly overpriced for their size. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from Winter Gardens and other attractions. The dining experience is lovely, with plentiful options.

The hotel rooms were on the small side for two adults and a child, but they met our needs and were very comfy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. However, the rooms got quite hot when we opened the window. The location was fantastic, being close to Winter Gardens and central for everything. The dining experience was top-class, with superb and plentiful options. The facilities were excellent, and I felt very welcomed by the service.
